Finding the Right Quinceañera Hall in Houston

1. Location is key. Selecting a reception hall that is convenient for your guests to drive to is important. Lots of Quinceañeras in Houston, Katy, Spring, etc. go late into the night so you don't want any of your elderly guests to have to drive too far at night if you can help it. Also, if you are having your ceremony performed at your church, be sure the drive from the church to the hall isn't too far. 
2. Parking. Try and avoid reception halls that don't have a lot of parking. Most will have enough parking close by or they will have valet parking as part of their Quinceañera packages. If parking is an issue and you really like the hall, you should demand that they offer valet parking as part of your package if they want to book you. 
3. Size. Select a Quinceañera reception hall that can comfortably sit ALL your guests. If you try and cram too many people into a small space, it will not be a pleasant experience. Be sure the dance floor is large enough for your many dances and la hora loca. And be sure they have enough bathrooms for a large event. And ladies, we know there is nothing worse than having to wait in a long line for a bathroom! 
4. Amenities and Services. Choose a hall that has a lot of amenities and services. Think about things like catering, DJs, photobooths, photographers, decorations, entrance staircases, large bathrooms, and large dance floors. And remember, you should always be able to negotiate your quinceañera package and customize it. ***One thing we always recommend is to choose your own outside photographer so you get a photography style that you like (unless the house photographers have the style you like). The memories will last forever and you want to make sure you like your photographer's style. 
5. Be sure and visit at least 2 or 3 reception halls before deciding. Visiting multiple party halls can give you a better feel of which one will best suit your needs. Most people 'know' which hall they want immediately after visiting, but if you visit a few, then you will be able to feel more comfortable with your decision. 
6. Talk with the manager or owner. Get to know the manager and/or the owner personally so they are invested in your event. A great reception hall owner or manager will always have time to talk with their potential clients and answer any questions you may have. NEVER BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS! GOOD LUCK!
